By accessing or using RadAssist ("Service"), operated by AiCreative Innovations LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AiCreative Innovations LLC. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
RadAssist is an AI-augmented radiology report refinement and decision intelligence platform. It assists radiologists in generating structured reports, performing systematic checklists, and tracking decision analytics using artificial intelligence.
RadAssist is not a medical device. It is not FDA-cleared, CE-marked, or approved by any regulatory body. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical judgment.
The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified medical professional, a trainee under supervision, or are using the Service for educational purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reportsrad.org of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We support email/password and Google OAuth authentication. You may have only one account per email address.
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial of Pro-tier features. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial period, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data and reports are preserved during and after the transition.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store credit card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans from the date of initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days but may be cancelled to prevent renewal. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Reports and content you generate using RadAssist belong to you. The Service, its software, algorithms, design, branding, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of AiCreative Innovations LLC, protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiCreative Innovations LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against AiCreative Innovations LLC.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AiCreative Innovations LLC regarding the Service.
