RadReports is an artificial intelligence writing and workflow aid for qualified radiologists. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, and it does not practise medicine.
Everything the Service produces is an unverified, machine generated draft. The reporting radiologist reads the images, reaches the diagnosis, signs the report, and carries the whole of the clinical, professional and legal responsibility for it. Nothing produced by the Service may be relied upon as a clinical finding, a clinical opinion, or a source of clinical truth.
By accessing or using RadReports ("Service"), operated by Aldaim Digital Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17327688), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aldaim Digital Ltd. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
2.1 What the Service is. RadReports is a text drafting, structuring and self audit aid. It helps a radiologist compose the wording of a report that the radiologist is authoring, prompts that radiologist through a systematic review of their own making, transcribes their dictation, and shows them statistics about their own working patterns. Its function is clerical, organisational and educational.
2.2 Stated intended purpose. The intended purpose of RadReports, as declared by Aldaim Digital Ltd, is to assist a qualified radiologist with the drafting, structuring and self audit of radiology reports that the radiologist themselves authors and signs. RadReports has no intended medical purpose. It is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, prediction, prognosis, treatment or alleviation of any disease, injury or disability, and it is not intended to provide information that is used to make any clinical decision about any patient.
2.3 What the Service is not. RadReports is not, and must not be used as: a medical device or an accessory to a medical device; an in vitro diagnostic; a computer aided detection or diagnosis system; a second reader; a triage, prioritisation or worklist tool; a screening tool; a PACS, RIS or clinical record system; a means of primary image interpretation; a source of medical advice; or a substitute for the professional judgement, training and examination of a qualified radiologist.
2.4 No clinical relationship. Use of the Service creates no doctor and patient relationship between any patient and Aldaim Digital Ltd, and no clinical, advisory or supervisory relationship between Aldaim Digital Ltd and you. Aldaim Digital Ltd does not practise medicine, does not provide a radiology reporting service, and does not review, approve or verify any output.
2.5 Outputs are drafts only. Every output of the Service, including drafted text, suggested wording, checklist prompts, listed possibilities, uncertainty indicators, scores and analytics, is an unverified, machine generated draft produced by statistical language models. It is not a finding, not a diagnosis, not a differential diagnosis for clinical use, and not a recommendation. It may be wrong, incomplete, internally inconsistent, or entirely fabricated.
2.6 Self audit features are educational only. Decision timing, hesitation analytics and any similar features exist solely for the user's private and voluntary self development. They are not a competence assessment, not an appraisal or revalidation instrument, not a clinical audit of record, and they carry no clinical meaning.
The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified medical professional, a trainee under supervision, or are using the Service for educational purposes only. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that you are entitled to issue any report you prepare with the assistance of the Service. You use the Service under your own professional registration and on your own responsibility.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@reportsrad.org of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We support email/password and Google OAuth authentication. You may have only one account per email address.
New accounts start on the Free plan. A 7-day free trial of the Pro plan is available once per customer and is started through our payment processor, which collects a valid payment card at the start of the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the card is charged for the plan you selected. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing and your account remains on the Free plan. Your data and reports are preserved in every case.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not store credit card numbers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Prices are in US Dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans from the date of initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days but may be cancelled to prevent renewal. See our Refund Policy for full details.
IMPORTANT. READ THIS SECTION IN FULL. IT SETS OUT WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY REPORT PRODUCED WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THIS SERVICE.
8.1 No medical advice. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing it produces is a clinical finding or a clinical opinion. It does not interpret imaging on behalf of any person, and it must never be used as the basis of a clinical decision.
8.2 Regulatory status in the United Kingdom. Aldaim Digital Ltd declares that RadReports is supplied only for the intended purpose stated in section 2.2, which is not a medical purpose. On that basis, RadReports is not a medical device within the meaning of the Medical Devices Regulations 2002 (SI 2002 No. 618, as amended and as retained in United Kingdom law), is not a general medical device, an active implantable medical device or an in vitro diagnostic medical device under those Regulations, and is not software qualifying as a medical device under them.
Nothing in the Service is intended to breach or circumvent United Kingdom medical device law or the requirements of the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and it is a condition of use that you do not use the Service in any manner that would do so.
8.3 Regulatory status elsewhere. RadReports is not CE marked and is not certified under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 or Regulation (EU) 2017/746. It is not cleared, approved or authorised by the United States Food and Drug Administration under any pathway, including 510(k), De Novo and premarket approval. It is not registered, listed, licensed or approved by any other regulator in any other country. No claim of regulatory clearance, approval, certification or clinical validation is made anywhere, by any means, for any purpose.
8.4 The reporting radiologist carries the entire responsibility. The clinical, professional and legal responsibility for every report, every finding, every omission, and every consequence of any report prepared with the assistance of the Service rests solely, entirely and exclusively with the qualified radiologist who signs and issues that report. By using the Service you accept that responsibility in full, and you confirm that you will:
Aldaim Digital Ltd accepts no liability of any kind for any clinical decision, diagnosis, missed or delayed diagnosis, report content, patient outcome, harm, injury, death, complaint, claim, inquest, or regulatory or disciplinary proceeding arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or reliance on anything it produces. This allocation of responsibility is a fundamental term of this agreement and a condition of access to the Service.
8.5 No reliance and no warranty of accuracy. The Service is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, reliability, completeness, clinical validity or fitness for any clinical purpose. Artificial intelligence systems are known to produce output that is confident, plausible and false. Outputs may omit critical findings, invent findings that are not present, misstate laterality, measurements, anatomy or comparison, or contradict the images entirely. No output has been clinically validated, and no claim as to performance, sensitivity, specificity or error reduction is made or should be inferred from any part of the Service or from any of its marketing.
8.6 Not for emergency or unsupervised use. The Service must not be used in an emergency, for time critical decisions, for autonomous or unsupervised reporting, by any person who is not a qualified radiologist entitled to issue the report in question, or as the only means of preparing a report.
8.7 No patient data. No Protected Health Information or other patient identifiable data may be entered into the Service. Uploaded images are processed transiently and purged within 24 hours. You are responsible for anonymisation before upload.
8.8 Your warranty and indemnity. You warrant that your use of the Service complies with sections 2.2, 2.3 and this section 8, and with every law and professional obligation applying to you. You indemnify Aldaim Digital Ltd in accordance with section 13 against any claim, proceeding, penalty, cost or loss arising from any use of the Service for a medical purpose, from any reliance on its output, or from any breach of this section.
Reports and content you generate using RadReports belong to you. The Service, its software, algorithms, design, branding, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Aldaim Digital Ltd, protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process data in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the CCPA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aldaim Digital Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be raised with us at support@reportsrad.org and addressed through good faith negotiation. If it remains unresolved after 30 days, either party may bring proceedings before the courts identified in section 16.
Nothing in this section affects any right you may have to refer a complaint to a competent regulator, or, if you are a consumer, to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of their own jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aldaim Digital Ltd regarding the Service.
