We want you to be completely satisfied with RadAssist. If you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Email support@reportsrad.org with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
After the 7-day window, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Annual plan refunds within the 7-day window will be refunded in full. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent renewal.
The Free plan is always free. No payment information is required.
